Delivery Methods

All orders will be sent out during weekdays except during public holiday via trusted and reliable courier service (Pigeon delivery, J&T express, DHL ecommerce). Order will be sent out the next working days after you made your payment

3-5 Business Days for domestics.

You will receive tracking details from easyparcel via SMS or email.

Or

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here. 

As of now, the shipping fees are:

  • RM8 for West Malaysia
  • RM13 for Sabah and Sarawak

Shipping fees might vary depending on the number and weight of the items.

Refund Policies

We will only acccept refund if only we gave you defected item(s). As for exchanges, we only accept if we wrongly gave the items from what you have ordered.

To return your product, you should mail your product to credential as below:

  • Address: No 65, Jalan Suarasa 6/3, Avenue 6, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, 43200, Cheras, Selangor

We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name/Code
  • Photos that show:
    1. Product fault as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the item
    3. The D&A Garments logo

There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.

If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

Once customer’s return item(s) (good items only) is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the item. After the item is inspected thoroughly, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the approval goes through, we will refund the amount to the customer’s bank account
